Adjacent Mirage Pavillions on 1770 is the proposed Beaches Shopping Village. The precinct is complete with a convenience store including news agency, coffee shop, restaurant boutique shops and a gymnasium with Spa. This is an external project  by the 1770 Group and due for completion December 2007.
